Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a workshop or using the Bubble Brush website. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Bubble Brush provides mobile art workshop experiences — including 3D Canvas and Plaster Casting — delivered to your chosen venue across the GTA. All materials, instruction, and setup/cleanup are included unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

2. Bookings and Deposits

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event date.
• Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Bubble Brush.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation by client — more than 7 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited; no further charges apply.
• Cancellation by client — 7 days or fewer before the event: Full payment is due. No refund will be issued.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking at no additional fee if notice is given at least 7 days in advance and the new date is within 90 days of the original. One reschedule is permitted per booking.
• Cancellation by Bubble Brush: In the rare event we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full refund or offer a reschedule at no cost.

4. Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue. Requirements include:

• Adequate space for the number of guests — we will advise on minimum space in your quote.
• Access to the venue at least 45 minutes before the event start time for setup.
• A clean, flat surface for each participant (tables and chairs provided by venue or client).
• Notification to Bubble Brush of any venue access restrictions or special requirements at least 72 hours in advance.

Bubble Brush is not liable for event cancellations or delays caused by venue-related issues outside our control.

5. Guest Count

Your confirmed booking includes the guest count agreed upon in your quote. Additional guests on the day of the event may be accommodated at our discretion and will be charged at a per-person rate. We recommend confirming your final guest count at least 48 hours before the event.

6. Conduct and Safety

Bubble Brush reserves the right to pause or end a workshop session if the behaviour of guests poses a safety risk, causes damage to property, or is abusive toward our staff. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

• Participants are responsible for their own clothing — art materials may stain.
• Children under 5 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Guests with known allergies to materials (plaster, acrylic paint, etc.) should inform us before booking.

7. Photography and Media

Bubble Brush may photograph or film workshop sessions for use on our website and social media. By booking a workshop, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing beforehand. We will never publish photos that identify minors without explicit parental consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork created during Bubble Brush workshops belongs to the participant who created it. The Bubble Brush name, logo, website content, and workshop materials are the intellectual property of Bubble Brush and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bubble Brush's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal property at the event venue.
• Injuries sustained as a result of failure to follow safety instructions.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
